Tony Maddox Real Estate is a small, locally owned and very successful business operating in the Wheatbelt.Our team members are multi-skilled and we have a range of experience. We have four fully qualified sales representatives, three qualified property managers and two Licensed Agents. We have two office locations: our main office is located on Stirling Terrace in Toodyay and the other is on Barrack Street in Merredin.

Tony Maddox Real Estate has recently undergone a change of ownership. Tony has officially retired after 35 years in the business. While he is still around to assist and consult, we have a new owner Faith Kelly. After a decade in the real estate industry and eight years under of mentorship under Tony Maddox, Faith is thrilled to take the next step as the new owner of Tony Maddox Real Estate. As a local Toodyay resident with a deep passion for real estate, she is committed to continuing the trusted service this business is know for, while introducing new technology to enhance the experience of our clients.

All your Property Management needs are right here with all services being completed in house. There is no outsourcing, so your Property Manager is familiar with your home from start to finish - including meeting tenants, completing inspections and general day to day communication.
